Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch glass pan.
Brown 1 1/4 lb ground beef. Drain the fat and add a package of taco seasoning mix according to instructions. Add to layer of refried beans.
Make guacamole by mashing 3 ripe avocados. Run a garlic over a plane and add to avocado. Add juice of 1/2 lime. Season with garlic salt and cumin to taste. Spread over beef layer.
Mix 8 oz sour cream with taco seasoning mix and spread over guacamole.
Add drained, sliced black olives.
Chop 3 small tomatoes and add to black olive layer. Finally, top with finely shredded Mexican cheese.
