Jacque Imo's

One of my favorite restaurants is Jacque Imo's. It's located at 8324 Oak Street. Take the St. Charles streetcar and get off at Oak then walk 3 blocks.

There is a table for 2 in the truck if you prefer to eat outdoors.

Appetizer of Fried Green Tomatoes topped with Shrimp Remoulade--$10.95. The fried green tomatoes are delicious. There is a small spinach salad topped with fried sweet potato.

A spinach salad with a fried oyster is served with all entrees.

Godzilla Meets Fried Green Tomatoes--$33.95. This is a soft shell carb served atop a tower of fried green tomatoes. The crab was juicy and fresh.

Two sides come with each entree--butter beans & rice and mashed sweet potatoes.

BBQ Shrimp--$30.95. Love this dish. It has such a great flavor.

Red beans & rice and country greens.
