Jenny's Bakery makes butter cookies with different flavors. A 640 gram tin cost HK$140. They also have 320 gram tins for HK$75. Bring cash--they don't take credit cards.
Be careful not to buy imitation. I went to the location in Tsim Sha Tsui in the Mirador Palace on the 1st floor (US 2nd floor). A line formed at 8:30 for a 9am opening. Fortunately, they opened the store at 8:40am.
