It's located at 701 4th Street in downtown Santa Rosa. It's closed on Tuesdays. Happy Hour is daily from 3-6pm.
They had a great Restaurant Week menu. The $10 lunch included a side salad, which was delicious with roasted peppers and chopped Kalamata olives.
I had the Rosa Paella--marinated chicken, chorizo, arugula, fennel and red onion. The paella was served in a small pan. It lacked a proper socarrat but it was delicious nonetheless! This was a great value for $10. I'll be back to try their black squid ink seafood paella at dinner.
