Risotto Alle Verdure--Arborio rice cooked with dolce di patate and onion confit topped with local mushrooms, finished with a Pinot Noir reduction, served with 2010 DeLoach Vineyards California Heritage Pinot Noir.
Stufato Di Manzo--Piemontese style pot roast cooked in Barolo wine garnished with white truffle essence potato puree and duxelles of organic summer vegetables served with 2009 Alexander Valley Vineyards "Redemption" Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley. This was the most tender pot roast I have ever had.
Frutta Cotta--Puff pastry filled with vanilla custard topped with warm organic mixed berries cooked in honey and Zinfandel, served with 2009 Bonterra Muscat from Bartolucci Vineyards, Lake County
