Thursday Night Dinner at Flavor Bistro

Here's this week's dinner for $24.95. We had a few items we've never had before.


Ravioli Alla Marco Polo--Pork & Shrimp Wontons Served in Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce with Organic Pea Sprouts, paired with 2013 Alexander Valley Vineyards Gewürztraminer, North Coast. The dipping sauce was delicious--tangy with a fragrant sesame seed oil.


Risotto Alla Norma--Arborio Rice Cooked with Sicilian Style Ratatouille & Sweet Basil Topped with Fresh Mozzarella, paired with 2010 Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy


Carni in Crostata--Sonoma Style Beef Pot Pies Cooked in Zinfandel, Aromatic Herbs & Summer Vegetables, paired with 2012 Seghesio Family Vineyards Zinfandel, Sonoma


Crostata Di Pesca--Organic Peach & Blueberry Galette Garnished with Vanilla Mascarpone Custard, paired with 2011 Bonterra Vineyards Late Harvest Muscat, Bartolucci Vineyard (Organic), Lake County
