You Call This Gelato?
I saw Talenti sea salt caramel gelato. I love salted caramel and I love gelato so I gave it a try. This was very disappointing. It was too airy to be gelato and it didn't have the smoothness of gelato. The caramel had a nice flavor and the sea salt was a nice combination. Call it ice cream and I would have been happy. But, it was NOT gelato.
