Palace Hotel

The deal I got on Hotwire was the Palace Hotel. It's a beautiful old hotel and was the largest hotel in the world when it opened in 1875.

The hotel takes up a city block. It's located at 2 New Montgomery Street.

The Garden Court is so impressive. It's known for its Signature Tea Saturdays from 2-4pm and Sunday Brunch from 12-2pm.

We had room 777, a Superior King room. There were 2 bathrobes and slippers for use during the stay.

The bathroom was standard.

The hotel has a gym. There are cold towels in the refrigerator and complimentary fruit.

Indoor pool & jacuzzi. There is a popsicle party on summer Fridays from 10am-4pm and movies on summer Saturdays at 8pm.

We parked at the Moscone Center Garage. It cost $29 for 24 hours but you don't get in-out privileges. It sure beat the $72 at the Palace Hotel.
