One of the better places for pho in Santa Rosa is Pho Vietnam, located at 711 Stony Point Road, near the Skecher's outlet.

Steamed Mixed Vegetables with Tofu served with Sweet & Sour Chili Lime Fish Sauce--$9.25. This can be served over rice or rice noodles.

Small #13 with eye round steak and tendon--$7.50. The broth is good. Just wished they didn't mix the cilantro with green onion since I'm not a green onion fan.
