Simmer

Simmer is a Vietnamese restaurant with 2 locations. The one in Rohnert Park is located at 6358 Commerce Blvd. We didn't have to wait long for a table despite it being a Friday night.

The other location is in Petaluma.

Spring Rolls with your choice of protein. We chose pork--$7. Vermicelli noodles, lettuce, seasonal herbs, pickled carrots & daikon, & bean sprouts wrapped in rice paper and served with peanut sauce.

Pho with Meatballs--$10. The broth is quite good.

Lemongrass Crispy Tofu--$12. You have a choice of rice or vermicelli and I chose vermicelli. This was very good--flavorful.
