Zaru Tofu--$6.50. Housemade chilled tofu. This was disappointing. A thin slice and not very flavorful. Raku in Las Vegas still serves the best.
Platter of 3 kinds of Sashimi--$18.95. There were 4 pieces each of salmon, maguro (tuna) and hamachi (yellow tail). The pieces were fresh and large but I thought a little pricey.
Spinach & Mushroom Salad--$10.50. This was disappointing. The dressing didn't have much flavor.
Salt Broiled Squid--$10.50. This was my favorite of the evening.
Yuan Style Grilled Black Cod--$10.50. This was disappointing. Thin slices and not as buttery as black cod can be.
Rice Ball with Salmon--$6.50 for 2. I liked this. The rice balls were fried and had a nice crispy coating.
Shingen Ice Cream--$7.50. Rice cakes with ice cream (we asked for black sesame) with soybean flour. This was disappointing. The black sesame ice cream wasn't flavorful and the soybean flour could use a little sweetener.
