Quaglia Con Risotto--Pan Roasted Quail Garnished with Arborio Rice Cooked with Sweet Peas & Mushrooms & served in Garlic-Thyme Jus paired with 2011 Paul Hobbs Winery CrossBarn Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
Agnello Alla Griglia--Grilled Marinated Lamb Loin Chop Served in Gypsy Pepper Coulis Garnished with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Sweet Corn & Alba Mushrooms, Topped with Crispy Sage Butter paired with 2009 Shell Creek Vineyards Reserve Petite Syrah, Paso Robles.
