Right next to Ramazzotti was Mercury and they were serving Auntie Fay's Flank Steak Strip.
We visited 1 more winery before leaving Geyserville. This was the Local's Tasting Room, which served a very tasty Chicken Tikka Masala.
From Geyserville, we shot up Hwy 101 to Silver Oak. This was the first time we had seen Silver Oak participate in the Wine & Food Affair. They poured their Alexander Valley Cabernet but the Napa Valley Cabernet cost $5 for a very small pour.
Silver Oak served Braised Beef Cheeks with Winter Squash Polenta and Pomegranate Arils. I loved the beef cheeks--it had been braised in red wine and was tender and delicious. This was probably the best food pairing we had.
Sbragia Family Vineyards served a Tomato Bisque with Grilled Vermont Cheddar Cheese Sandwich.
