Thursday Night Dinner


Capesante--Pan Roasted Day Boat Scallops Served with"Venetian Apple Relish", Crispy Potatoes & Pomegranate Vin Santo Glaze, paired with 2013 A to Z Wineworks Chardonnay, Oregon  . The Vin Santo was delicious! Worked so well with the scallop.



Risotto Con Salsiccia--Arborio Rice Cooked with Homemade Italian Sausage, Sweet Onions, Brodetto DiPomodoro, Sage & Parmigiano-Reggiano, paired with 2012 Clos Du Val Winery Pinot Noir, Carneros


Carni In Crosta--Italian Style Beef Pot Pie Cooked in Sugo Di Vino Rosso, Autumn Vegetables & Aromatic Herbs Baked in Puff Pastry, paired with 2012 Bonny Doon Vineyard "A Proper Claret" Cabernet Blend, California


Gelato--Homemade Vanilla Gelato Topped with Homemade Chocolate Sauce & Pistachio Gremolata, paired with 2013 Paolo Saracco Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G.,
