Thursday Night Dinner

Here's last Thursday's dinner at Flavor Bistro:



Bruschetta Con Calamari Topped with Crispy Local Calamari, Spicy Saffron Aioli & Sweet Basil Salsa, paired with 2012 Sean Minor Chardonnay, Central Coast. A little messy but delicious. I love the garlicky aioli.


 Ravioli Di Zucca--Homemade Butternut Ravioli, 
Crispy Sage Butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Topped with Roasted Mushroomsc& Walnut Gremolata, paired with 2012 Easton Old Vines Zinfandel, Amador


Brasato Di Maiale--Country Style Slow Cooked Pork Garnished with Creamy Fontina-Fried Herb Polenta, Smoked Bacon Peperonata & Garlic Candy, paired with 2012 Preston Farm & Winery Petite Sirah, Estate Bottled (Organic), Dry Creek Valley


Tiramisù E Tartufi Di Cioccolato--Espresso Lady Fingers Layered with Rum Flavored Mascarpone Cream Garnished with Homemade Chocolate Truffles, paired with 2011 Novy Family Wines 'Oley' Late Harvest Viognier, Russian River Valley
