Right across the street from Tai Cheong Bakery, we spied Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan Fried Buns. We crossed the street to try it.

The dumplings had a nice fried bottom and had quite a bit of juice inside, so be careful biting into it. It cost HK$35 for 4.
