Tsui Wah Restaurant is a chain and the closest to the Sheraton is located at 2 Carnarvon Road, a 4-minute walk. It's open from 7am to 2am.
One of their signature dishes is Fish Balls (made daily with handpicked yellow eels and over 10 types of fresh fish) & Fish Cakes with Flat Rice Noodles in Fish Soup--HK$37. I wasn't impressed. There wasn't much flavor.
We also tried Fish Puff with Vermicelli in Fish Broth--HK$36. This had a little more flavor but still was meh.
You can order coffee or tea with the Fish Puff for additional HK$2. If you don't order the coffee or tea as part of the special, it's HK$21 for it. We ordered the milk tea. They use premium Ceylon tea leaves and a touch of Holland’s Black & White evaporated milk. I thought it was just okay.

The last dish we tried was Rice Noodles with Beef Satay--HK$39. This was more flavorful but again was disappointing.
We couldn't figure out why Tsui Wah received such high ratings and went back a 2nd time to try out the dishes at night.
Hainanese Chicken Rice--HK$70. This was flavorful but not as good as Nong's Khao Man Gai in Portland, OR.
Pork Cartilage & Fish Cakes with Vermicelli in Tom Yum Kung--HK$54. This was very flavorful, slightly spicy and the best of the soups we had.
Baby Choy Sum with Oyster Sauce--HK$27.
Still can't figure out why Tsui Wah rates highly. I would say "skip" and find something else.
