We got off the Mid-Levels Escalators at Graham Street and found Tai Cheong Bakery at 35 Lyndhurst Terrace.
Apparently, they have served over 30 million egg tarts. The egg tart was quite good--not too sweet and the egg custard was like flan. Each was HK$9.
The fried egg puff was also quite good.--HK$9. It was a fried pate choux coated with sugar.
