They serve a Bistro Dinner for $30. The first course on this night was Green Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette.
The entree was Niman Ranch Pork Chop with Root Vegetables. This was a thick cut. Although it was brined, it wasn't as tasty as the pork chops that were served at Flavor Bistro in downtown Santa Rosa. I sure miss Flavor.
Dessert was Bourbon Butterscotch Pudding. This was thick and quite good.
Baked Oysters--$14 for 1/2 dozen. The oysters had a delicious bread crumb.
Fisherman's Stew--$28. This was quite good with a huge piece of fish and loads of mussels. The aioli was very tasty.
