It's located at Via dei Vascellari, 29. You'll need reservations. It's a tiny place.
Carciofo Giudia--€4.50. Deep fried artichoke, Jewish style. Crispy on the outside yet still tender inside.
Carciofo Roman--€7. Artichoke Roman Style. Nearly double the price because it's more difficult to make. Still not as good as the ones we made in class.
Amatriciana--€11. Rigatoni with guanciale, Pecorino and tomato sauce. This was good although the guanciale could have been crispier.
Ragu Coniglio (rabbit)--€16. This was one of the specials of the evening and I loved this. It was so flavorful.
Parmigiana Melanzane (eggplant)--€14. Meh. Nothing special.
Trippa Alla Romana--€11. Tender but too much cheese.
This was the only restaurant where we were charged for service but it was only €0.50/person. They did charge us for water as well even though it was brought out in a house decanter--€2.
