It's located at Strada Alexandru Ciurea 6 and serves Transylvanian specialties. You can sit outdoors (where smoking is permitted) or indoors. There was quite a crowd of mainly locals even at 4 pm on a Saturday.
After ordering, we got a complimentary aperitif. My husband got the equivalent of a Raki and I got something that tasted like cherry wine.
Ciorba de Vacuta & Legume--16 lei ($3.74). Sour soup of beef and vegetables.
Ciorba of Beans & Smoked Meat--16 lei ($3.74).
Both soups were delicious. Service was very slow and after 1 1/2 hour, we hadn't received our mains yet. We ended up canceling the rest of our meal so we could make it to our city tour.
