Egg Pudding

In Tainan, we saw his huge billboard for egg pudding and of course had to check it out.

The How Sweet Bakery is located at No. 211 Chenggong Road

Their egg custard is served in real eggshells.

A box of four cost NT118 ($4). This is the best egg pudding--creamy, smooth and not eggy. I hate it when egg pudding has an eggy texture. This was even better than creme brûlée.
