Cool Springs Camp

After reaching Sitgreave's Pass, you'll pass Ed's Camp then Cool Springs Camp.

Cool Springs Camp was an old Mobil gas station and cafe, opened in 1926. In 1930, overnight cabins were added. The structure was destroyed in a fire in 1966 and was restored in 2004 with its original stone design.

You can still see the old gas pumps out front.

The structure now houses a museum, gift shop and snack bar.

Outside, you'll find old abandoned cars.
