The 1914 Goffs Schoolhouse has been restored. Inside the one-room schoolhouse are exhibits of cultural history of the Mojave Desert. Make a reservation to tour the inside.
Outside, you can see old machinery,
a windmill,
an outhouse,
and abandoned cars. These are visible at any time.
You'll find a row of mailboxes for its 23 inhabitants. Makes it easy for the postman.
This was the Goffs General Store, abandoned and covered with graffiti. Maybe, someone will restore this as well.
