Fleet Week San Francisco

Last weekend was Fleet Week in San Francisco. I was fortunate to see the show from a boat--such a different perspective than from land.

It was a gorgeous sunny weekend but when we got out to the Golden Gate Bridge, there was a little fog at the base of the bridge. I was afraid the fog would prevent the show from happening but fortunately, the fog lifted.

From a boat, you can take pictures of the Blue Angels with the San Francisco skyline in the background.

I love this picture of the Angels.

I was even able to get a picture of the Angels over Alcatraz. It was a truly spectacular show.
