Celery Root Salad

Another salad my husband made was a celery root salad. This was delicious.

Celery Root Salad

1 celery root, cleaned and peeled, julienned  with a mandoline

1 red Gala apple, peeled, cored and julienned with a mandoline

1/4 cup thinly shaved fresh parmesan cheese

Dijon Vinaigrette

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbs white wine vineger

6 Tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp salt
