Bistro 29

Another dinner at Bistro 29, 620 5th Street, Santa Rosa.


Amuse bouche of Warm Gruyere Gougere with Mushroom Forestiere. This was the 1st course for the prix fixe dinner--$34. If you want wine pairing, it was an additional $11.


Roasted Orange & Beet Salad with Fromage Blanc, toasted pistachio, faro & arugula. This was paired with Lioco-Indica 2016 Rose, Mendocino.


Cider Braised Pork Shank Osso Buco with Buckwheat Polenta, Mirepoix & Gremolata, paired with Do, Andre Brunel-Grenache 2014, Vaucluse


Salted Caramel Pot de Creme with Speculoos Cookie.
