Luna Apartments

I booked a 2-BR apartment at the Reykjavik Rental Apartments but was moved to the Luna Apartments because the original apartment was being renovated. The Luna apartment was actually in a better location.

Living room with satellite TV. Most of the channels were British. The Wifi was good.

Small but serviceable kitchen--plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils. The sloped ceiling made working in the kitchen a little challenging.

Dining table for 4. Tea service area.

Bedroom #1. The beds were quite comfortable as was the radiant heat.

Bedroom #2

There was 1 bathroom. The towels were changed halfway through our 5-night stay.

There was a convenient grocery store just 1 block away. Since it started raining, we decided to stay in and cook. We had tagliatelle in a mushroom cream sauce. I had heard how Iceland was incredibly expensive but the Barilla was actually cheaper than US prices. Plus, I had never seen tagliatelle in the US.
