Mikros Apoplous

Before we boarded our ferry to Sifnos, we had lunch back in Adamas. We chose Midros Apoplous at the southern end of the town.




Delicious sun-dried tomato dip.


Smoked Trout with Yogurt Sauce--€7.90. This was one of their signature appetizer--a family recipe.


Greek Salad with Local Cheese--€6


Grilled Sardine--€7. I was amazed how the sardines varied in size at different restaurants. These were more like anchovies. The fish still had bones in them but they were delicious. I pulled the head off and ate the meat away from the bone.


Steamed Mussels--€8.20


Complimentary desserts--chocolate pudding and Greek yogurt with dried orange rinds.


Lime granita.
