Thursday Night Dinner

This week's dinner at Flavor Bistro for $24.95:


Pesce Bianco--Local Wild Petrale Sole, Lemon-Caper White Wine Butter Sauce, paired with 2013 Sean Minor Chardonnay, Central Coast. This sauce was amazing--rich and delicious.


Stortini E Fagioli--Organic Italian Macaroni Cooked with Toy Box Tomatoes, Cannellini Beans, Sweet Basil, Garlic & Pecorino Romano, paired with 2013 Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Corvina I.G.T.
Veneto, Italy. Loved the al dente pasta in the creamy sauce.



Agnello Alla Griglia--Grilled Marinated Lamb Loin Chop Served in Stufato Di Verdure with Garlic-Herb Brodetto & Creamy Polenta, paired with 2012 Preston Farm & Winery Petite Sirah, Estate Bottled (Organic), Dry Creek Valley. The lamb was cooked perfectly medium rare.



Crostata Di Pesca--"Peach Pie" Garnished with Toasted Almond Gremolata & Vanilla Mascarpone Cream, paired with 2010 Novy Family Wines 'Oley' Late Harvest Viognier , Russian River Valley
