Cheese Tarts

This is such an easy appetizer yet impressive to serve.



Cheese Tarts

1/2 small onion, diced
1 Tbs olive oil
1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
Phyllo cups

Saute the onions in olive oil over medium heat until the onions are caramelized. Let cool then mix in Boursin cheese.

Fill phyllo cups with the cheese mixture and heat according to the phyllo cup instructions.

Serve while still warm.
