Brownie Bites

Every once in a while, I make a treat for work.

These Brownie Bites are easy to make. Make your favorite packaged brownies.

Use a tiny ice cream scoop to make the brownies even.

For the ganache on top, melt 8 oz bittersweet chocolate (I use the ones from Trader Joe's) in 8 oz heavy whipping cream. I use the microwave oven and set it for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Set the bowl in an ice bath and stir the mixture until it thickens. Use a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe the frosting on top.
