First course was Creamy Vegetable Soup.
Second course was a Classic Caesar Salad.
One of the entree choices was Fresh Wild King Salmon Filet in a beurre blanc sauce, served with Rice & Vegetables.
The other entree choice was a 5-ounce Filet Mignon with a Local Wild Mushroom Sauce. This was tender and melt-in-your mouth.
One of the choices for dessert was Black Forest Cake. The cake was moist and had a layer of cherry cream. It wasn't a classic Black Forest Cake but it was tasty.
The other option for dessert was Creme Brûlée. This was eggy but still quite good.
