First course included Butternut Squash Soup with Pumpkin Oil. This was thick, creamy and delicious.
Another option for the first course was a County Line Farm Mixed Green Salad
One of the options for the entree was Wiener Schnitzel--Pan Fried Pork Cutlet served with Buttered Parsley Potatoes, Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad and Lingonberry Jam. This was delicious. The schnitzel was so well prepared--not a sign of grease. I liked mine with the lingonberry jam.
Lunch included 2 strudel options. This was Berry Ricotta with Vanilla Ice Cream with a drizzle of Caramel.
The other option was Poppy Seed Pumpkin Strudel. This was not too sweet.
Lunch was a great deal.
Their regular dinner menu is also quite good.
Their dinner is served with Cheese Biscuits, which I love.
Jaegerschnitzel--$29. This was the Wienerschnitzel with a mushroom sauce and served over spaetzle. The dinner portion is about twice the size of the lunch portion.
The special of the night was Pork Ghoulash with Spaetzle--$22. The pork was tender but I would have liked more sauce.
Chocolate Pot de Creme and Filled Linzer Cookie--$7. I was expecting this to be rich and thick but it was more light and airy.
