Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

During this COVID 19 crisis, I've been cooking more.

I've never been to Red Lobster but I found this at Costco a while ago and thought the biscuits looked good.

The biscuits are light and fluffy.

I added cheddar cheese inside the biscuit as well as on top.
