Every once in a while I get a craving for dumplings and drive to Arcadia to have the best. It's a 6 hour drive but it is so worth it! The dumplings are only 2nd to the ones at the Bridge of Nine Turns in Shanghai.
Listed as Appetizer on the menu--Bean Sprout and Tofu. So delicious!
House Chicken Soup--the broth is clear and the chicken is tender and moist.
Sauteed Vegetable--crisp green beans perfectly cooked.
Juicy Pork Dumplings--bite into the dumplings and you get a burst of juice. It is soooo good and makes the drive so worthwhile!
