Risotto Alle Verdure--Arborio Rice cooked with Dolce Di Patate and Onion Confit Topped with Local Mushrooms, finished with a Pinot Noir Reduction served with 2010 Hook & Ladder Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley

 
Stufato Di Manzo--Piemontese Style Pot Roast cooked in Barolo Wine garnished with White Truffle Essence Potato Puree and Duxelles of Organic Autumn Vegetables served with 2010 Colome Malbec from Argentina


Frutta Cotta--Puff Pastry filled with Vanilla Custard topped with Warm Organic Mixed Berries cooked in Honey and Zinfandel served with 2010 Ceretto Moscato d'Asti from Piemonte, Italia
