SF Chefs, Part 5

Now back to the SF Chefs event.

Palomino's served Chilled Sweet Corn Bisque. I liked this. Nice flavor, creamy and smooth.

Perbacco served Sformatino of Summer Peppers, Marinated Anchovy & Basil. The sformatino was very smooth and it would make a nice summer appetizer. It was full of flavor and the saltiness of the anchovies worked well.

Pizzeria Delfina served Blackberry, Sweet Corn, Pistachio & Brown Butter Gelato on Brioche. I usually like Pistachio but of these four flavors, the pistachio was the weakest. The Sweet Corn & Brown Butter really had nice flavors.

Poggio offered Yellow Fin Tuna, Castelvetrano, Olives, Cucumbers, Radish, Fennel & Chili. This had a nice combination of flavors.

Public House had this Waffle with Shredded Chicken & Maple Syrup. Despite it being Traci Des Jardins' place, I wasn't a fan--too sweet for my taste.
