Guazzetto--Day Boat Scallops, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels & Calamari Served in Heirloom Tomato Brodetto Cooked with Sweet Basil & White Wine paired with 2012 Quivara Sauvignon Blanc from Dry Creek Valley. This was the best first course we have had in 2 years. The sauce was so rich and flavorful.

Brasato Al Barolo--Center Cut Braised Short Rib Garnished with Ratatouille & Olive Pesto, Potato Mousse served in Barolo Wine Sauce paired with 2011 Eaton Zinfandel from Amador County
Crostata Di Albicocca--Apricot Galette served with Vanilla Custard Sprinkled with Toasted Almonds paired with 2010 Noy Family Wines "Oley" Late Harvest Viognier from the Russian River Valley
