Thursday Night Dinner

This was another great dinner, all for $24.95.


Tortino Di Granchio--Sauteed Dungeness Crab Cake Garnished with Basil Aioli & Crispy Shoestring Sweet Potatoes paired with 2011 N x NW Riesling, Horse Heaven Hills, Wallula Benches Vineyard, Columbia Valley, Washington


Pasta Al Savor--Handcut Homemade Pasta Served in Prosciutto Sauce Finished with Fresh Ricotta & Parmigiano-Reggiano Topped with Walnut Gremolata paired with 2012 Sean Minor Pinot Noir, Central Coast. This tasted like carbonara--delicious!


Brasato Di Maiale--Slow Cooked Pork Medallion Served in Sugo D'Arrosto Garnished with Creamy Polenta & Heirloom Tomato-Zucchini Ragout paired with 2010 St. Francis Winery & Vineyards "Old Vines" Zinfandel, Sonoma County. The pork was so tender and the sauce was delicious.


Crostata Di Mele--Organic Apple Galette Layered with Hazelnut Frangipane & Served with Vanilla Custard paired with 2011 Bonterra Vineyards, Bartolucci Vineyard, Late Harvest Muscat (Organic), Lake County
