Osaka-Ya

Our next snack was mochis at Osaka-Ya. It's located at 2215 10th Street.

 

Going clockwise, white mochi filled with red bean, yuzu mochi with white bean paste filling, Kinako mochi covered with soybean powder & Chofu (mochi wrapped in a light fluffy pancake). Each was $1.25.

 

Smooth peanut butter mochi. This was my favorite. The peanut butter was creamy and flavorful and the mochi was soft. 4-pack for $3.75.

 

I wanted to try the chocolate mochis, which were filled with chocolate ganache, but they ran out of the individual packs.
