Brodetto Di Cozze E Gamberoni--Mussels & Jumbo Prawns Served in Saffron White Wine Broth Garnished with Homemade Flatbread and Aioli, paired with 2012 La Follette Chardonnay, North Coast. I just love the garlicky and saffron flavored aioli.

Brasato Di Maiale--Slow Cooked Pork Medallion Garnished with Peperonata Flavored with Applewood Bacon, Creamy Fontina Polenta & Citrus-Herb Gremolata, paired with 2012 Novy Family Wines Four Mile Creek Red, North Coast. I must admit that my favorite Thursday dinner is the slow cooked pork. It's so tender and soooo delicious!
