We purchased the weekend pass and decided that we would visit wineries on Saturday and tour the tasting rooms in Healdsburg on Sunday. The event starts at 11 am but we got a late start at noon. We chose some of our wineries based on their wines and some based on their food pairing. Our next stop was La Crema, which has nice wines.
Coq Au Vin with Noodles paired with 2010 Russian River Pinot Noir. This dish was delicious. The chicken was tender and the wine sauce delicious. This was one of my favorite dishes.
