Duck Confit with Emily's Cuvee Reduction and Creamy Polenta served with 2010 Emily's Cuvee Pinot Noir. This was another of my favorites for the day. The duck was tender and the Pinot reduction was great! Of course, when you start with good Pinot, the reduction would be good also. The polenta was very creamy and perfect. The duck confit was made by Baci.
