Here's tonight's lineup:
Bruschetta Con Salmone Affumicato--Topped with Formaggio Bianco, Erbe Fini, Organic Frisee, Thin Slices of Smoked Salmon, Red Onions & Capers paired with Villa Sandi Prosecco Treviso Brut from Veneto, Italia. The smoked salmon was delicious--smokey and not too salty. Paired so well with the Prosecco.
Pasta Alla Norma--Homemade Fresh Pasta, Ratatouille, Sweet Basil, Garlic, Fresh Mozzarella & Pecorino served with 2010 Artezin Zinfandel, Mendocino County. The pasta was al dente and great with the ratatouille. I could've eaten a whole entree worth of this pasta. The Zin was delicious and so amazingly priced at $13.99/bottle.
Bistecca Alla Montalcino--Grilled Garlic-Herb Flat Iron Garnished with a Ragout of Organic Fingerling Potatoes, Slow Cooked Onions & Local Mushrooms Served in a Brodo Di Montalcino Rosso served with Benziger Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County. The chef at Flavor's makes wonderful reductions and this is one of the best. So flavorful!
