Stufato Di Manzo--Slow Cooked Venetian Style Beef Stew in Red Wine, Sweet Onions, Fingerling Potatoes & Winter Vegetables Topped with Garlic Gremolata served with 2008 Benziger Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County. This was the most amazing dish. The beef was fork tender and the sauce was the best I have ever had. It was so flavorful.
