Gamberoni Con Couscous--Grilled Jumbo Prawns, Black Olive & Arugula Couscous served with a warm Shallot & Herb Salsa paired with 2010 St. Francis Chardonnay, Sonoma County. This is always such a good dish. The shrimp is perfectly cooked and the couscous is a perfect accompaniment.
Risotto Con Prosciutto--Arborio Rice cooked with Prosciutto di Parma, Organic Escarole & a Trio of Cheeses paired with 2010 Montevina Barbera, Amador County. Another great risotto. The rice is al dente, just the way it should be.
