I'm Back

Sorry for the lack of posts the last few months. I got a new computer with Windows 8 and had trouble with the photo program that came with it. I think I've got it figured out now.

I've missed posting a few Thursday night dinners so I'll start with that.

This was the first Thursday night dinner we attended in 2013--January 10. Still 4 courses with 4 wine pairings for $24.95.

Turtei Cu La Cua--Candy Wrapper Shaped Pasta Filled with Spinach & a Trio of Cheeses Served in a Sugo Di Pomodoro Aglio served with 2008 Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre, Veronese, Italia


Brasato Di Maiale--Slow Cooked Braised Medallion of Pork Shoulder Flavored with Porcini Mushrooms Garnished with Creamy Polenta, Roasted Garlic & Florentine Style Cabbage served with 2009 Alexander Valley Vineyards "Redemption" Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley



Crostata Di Mele--Apple Galette Served with Vanilla Creme Fraiche served with 2011 N x NW Dessert Riesling from Wallula Benches Vineyard, Columbia Valley, Washington
