China Palace Oyster Omelette

I drove down to the South Bay last weekend and stopped off at China Palace in Milpitas to see if they had oyster omelette. It was no longer listed on the menu but when I asked, they said that they would be able to make it for me. It wasn't the same as before. The omelette was a little too crispy and the red sauce wasn't as flavorful and spicy. I'll try it again in the future and I sure hope it's back to the way I like it.
