Oyster pancake. This is delicious. Baby oysters cooked in a batter of sweet potato starch & an egg. Mix in green vegetables, top with a sweet & spicy sauce and you have heaven on a plate.
Cow Tongue Cookies. I could eat these all day long. The cookies are flat and oval and resemble a cow tongue. It's flaky but still soft and so delicious.
